| CM Sporthorses Terms & Conditions of Service. Available via Live Cover only at this stage. Booking and Handling fee of $200 is payable upon arrival of the mare. The remaining amount of Service Fee is payable upon a positive 45 day pregnancy test or removal of the mare from our property - whichever is the sooner. Agistment and Feed is included for the first 4 weeks that your mare is here! We gladly offer a free return to the stallion should your mare not fall pregnant, slip the foal, or a live foal that survives to 24 hours old is not produced. Should this occur the free return must take place within 12 months of the mare leaving here from her first visit without the handling fee being charged again. This of course is only available as an option providing the stallion is alive and well. Vet fees are payable by the mare owner. Insurance of your mare is reccomended and will be at the mare owners cost. All care is taken, but accidents DO happen with horses from time to time and we will not be held responsible for any costs involved if an injury/illness does occur while she is in our care. Agistment fees after the initial included 4 weeks are minimal and feed is charged for depending on what YOU want your mare fed while she is here. Please keep in mind that if you want your mare fed Lucerne, we have to go 300km to get it - However we have a fantastic supplier of great quality cereal hay, and can get hold of Equus Gold NB, Mitavite Formula 3 or Mitavite Breeda fairly easily along with Lucerne, Oaten & Wheaten Chaff! Mares shoes must be removed prior to arrival or they WILL be removed by us (Craig is a farrier) prior to her meeting the stallion. Mares must be wormed prior to arriving or they WILL be wormed by us upon arrival and she will be kept 'quarantined' for 48 hours before meeting the stallion. These will be charged to the mare owner. All agistment/feed/worming/trimming/service fees must be paid for in full prior to the mare being collected and taken home. Please note that we retain the right to refuse service to mares which we deem to be unsuitable. All efforts will be taken to accertain a mares suitability prior to her arrival, however in rare circumstances, a mare may be refused once she arrives and an assessment is made of her conformation and temperament. Discounts may be given for multiple mares. |
