Craig and the girls play with the ponies!

Ashlee and Sarah brought their ponies, Honey
(the buckskin - Ashlees pony) and Wirrindi (the
bay - Sarahs pony) around to have a lesson
and for Ashlee to have a ride on Oscar (the
chestnut pony) - Oscar is here getting worked at
the moment to sell. Ashlee is the one riding him
for the most part! He is a great little pony, he
just has a little stubborn streak as he has gotten
away with murder in a previous home and thinks

he can get away with murder!
Ashlee is telling him he CANT, and Craig
hopped on to give him a little tune up
which had Ashlee, Sarah, myself and
even Craig in stitches laughing so hard!
Craig reckons he has found his new
team penning mount! He was in Ashlees
saddle and her stirrup length.

Ashlee hopped on Oscar and he was an angel,
he did exactly what Ash asked of him - he just
needed that 'gruff male voice' for a brief
moment to bring him back into check. He has
not had regular work either at this stage, so
with that, we are all of the opinion that he will be
fine and not have his little stubborn moments as
much.
Ash gets on great with him and loves riding him!

Sarah wanted Craig to get on
Wirrindi and give him a little tune up
as well. So he obliged and again,
provided us with much laughter.
Wirrindi has a little stubborn streak
and a little attitude at times, and that

got sorted out for the day! But not before he
had a bit of a pigroot and showed his objection
to being TOLD to work nicely! Craig managed
to stay on Wirrindi, but was complaining that he
was getting cramps in his legs after a while and
had to hop off... I think it was from trying to stay
in that slippery saddle!

Sarah loves Wirrindi to bits, and had a bit of a bumpy
patch with him - where he was a little stronger willed than
she was, but that seems to be getting sorted out now!
Wirrindi is Honeys son! Ashlee and Sarah are best of
friends thanks to their ponies!

After the girls finished riding in the round yard, Craig grabbed Bill and gave him some work, and then
had some lunch. The girls had already eaten before arriving, so they grabbed Denny and saddled
him up and had a play with him. Ashlee loves riding him from time to time as he provides her with
some laughs and she likes his little bucks and attempts to be a brat.
After that, Sarah hopped on Honey, Ashlee rode Oscar, and Craig grabbed Buck out of the paddock
and they all went for a ride around town and had a ball.
