| Perlubie Beach - 16th February 2009 With Craigs Mum and Step Dad over here for a visit, we took them to the beach to have a bit of a play in the water and with the horses.... fun was had by all! |
| Ken rode Roc On - the QH Stallion, and Craig rode his ever faithful "Buckethead".... (who gets the nickname because of the empty space in his head on numerous occasions) The boys went up the beach quite a way while Lyn and I sat and chatted away. |
| Having NEVER been onboard a horse before, we encouraged Lyn to hop up on Roc, who really is a 'kids pony with testicles' as we keep saying... We were all quite proud of Lyn who was as nervous as all heck, but she DID IT! She was on long enough to get some photos to prove that she had been up there! |
| Craig hopped on Buck and rode around bareback for a while. |
| After having a ride, Craig decided to relax a bit on Buck.... Apparently his big wide back is quite comfortable... Roc thought that it was either funny, or tiring... |
| Tcharkuldu Rock 15th Feb 2009 Because Craigs Mum and Step Dad were over from NSW visiting, Shells Mum and Dad came over too (gets very confusing with TWO Mums and Dads to be talking to!!) for a picnic lunch from Whyalla. We went out to Tcharkuldu Rock, about 4km out of Minnipa and sat under the shelter at the picnic table for a couple of hours chatting and laughing. |
