Online Cleveland Bay International Challenge 2008 Entries Close 1st June 2009 *** Date Changed To 2009 to allow the northern hemisphere people time to get photographs of their horses in a summer coat! *** An Online Show for ALL Cleveland Bay Owners around the world! Entry is AUS$5.00 per class, or if you have more than 10 classes you wish to enter, a one off fee of AUS$50 (with the exception of the Dressage via Video which is AUS$10.00 per entry) will apply. Entry is by photograph submitted either via email or you may post it and I shall scan it and upload it for you. (Postal entries must have a self addressed stamped envelope with them so that I can return them to you and the photographs must be labeled clearly on the back with your name and address along with the horses name so that nothing gets mixed up!) Ages of horses must be the age at the time that the photograph was taken - for example - your 7 yr old CB could be entered in the Under 1 yr class if the image you submit for that class was taken when it was under 1 yr old.  You can then enter the same horse in the 2 - 3 yr old class, and the 5 and over class if you wish! Payment for entry is to be via Paypal - if you dont have Paypal already, you can set up an account in 5 - 10 minutes if you are using a credit card, and a couple of days if you are using your normal bank account.  Paypal is a secure way to transfer money. For people without internet and therefor no paypal option for them, a money order or cheque will be acceptable.  Contact me for information on sending one of those.  Extra fees for bank charges will apply. The Judges decision is final. Entries Permitting: Ribbons will be awarded to third place in each class. Champion Ribbons will be awarded. Supreme Ribbons will be awarded. Best In Show Ribbons will be awarded. If sufficient entries are not received then classes will be combined - yet still remain appropriate to the horses entered. We want there to be 'competition' - not just 'enter a class and guarantee yourself a ribbon'. Ribbons will be sent out approximately 6 weeks after the judging has commenced - this is so that we can order the ribbons needed and not order ribbons for all classes if they are not required! Entries will be displayed on this website for all to see.  Until Judging has been completed, no names or locations will be displayed. A condition of Entry is that you acknowledge that the organiser of the show has the right to display the image and your name, horses name and location on this website and any other Cleveland Bay related site or publication. Proceeds of this show will go towards helping produce a NEW book on Cleveland Bays..... The last one that was written and printed was done in the 70's and in black and white!  Its time for a new colour book showing horses from around the world and information as accurate as we can get!
