Thursday December 8th gave us this gorgeous sunset you see above. We thought it was definately worth sharing with you all!

HERE are some new photos of Billara Beersheba which were taken on the 15th December 2007. He is growing into a beautiful young stallion and we are very pleased with him! His first foals are due very shortly which we are excited about!

Billara Beershebas FIRST foal is on the ground! This lovely Bay filly, CM Commanding Miss, was born on the 9th January 2008 out of Commanding View. Click HERE to see the photos of her birth, a short video of her and some photos of her at a couple of days old! We will update them as she grows!

Monday 21st January 2008 saw a visit from the vet! Click HERE to see photos of Kai-Sea meeting his new mum Yolande, and of him being gelded. We also had some preg scans done, Dolan was gelded, vet checks for insurance done and a microchip. Click HERE to see photos of all of this being done!

Saturday the 9th February 2008 was a FUN day! We took 4 horses to Perlubie Beach, which is 130km from home. A young friend wanted desperately to take her pony, so we made a big day of it. The ponies, horse and riders had a ball! Click HERE to see 3 pages of photos of the day!

Early February 2008 we have added another horse to our herd! Oberon Toblerone is a Cleveland Bay x (Holsteiner x TB) Stallion. He is in Western Australia until March, and then will be joining us here in SA. Huge thanks to Mark & his daughter Brittney Wicksteed for allowing Tobi to join our herd! We are very excited with the prospect of having TWO CBSH stallions to breed with!

Tuesday 19th February 2008 was a very sad day for us. Our gorgeous boy, CM Richter Scale, was put to sleep after developing seizures. It was decided that this was the best course of action for him. Click HERE for more information.

Oberon Toblerone has been picked up and is staying at Lorraine Richmonds "Windermere Stud", WA for a short time until he travels over here to South Australia about the 4th March. I have updated his page with his arrival at Lorraines! Click HERE for more information.
Saturday 23rd February was the day CM Commanding Miss got to go out into the paddock with CM Dolan Kearney. Click HERE for some photos from that day, and of the horses in the paddocks.
Sunday 24th February saw the arrival of Montica, a lovely Thoroughbred mare who will be going to Oberon Toblerone in the near future. Click HERE for Monticas information and more images of her!
10th March Update... Lady Tuthaside has arrived!!!! Notable Horse Transport unloaded and gave the horses a break as it was just too hot to keep travelling them on Saturday, so she arrived at 4:15am Sunday 9th March.... Notables take great care of the horses and we are regular customers! Oberon Toblerone is booked to arrive here on the 13th March!!!! He is travelling with Skinners Horse Transport. Peter is fantastic with the horses!
We invested in a security camera and monitor about Christmas time, and have it set up in the lounge room next to the video machine as you can see... We can flick the TV over to the Monitor channel and watch whats going on in the foaling yard. We also have sound, which is very handy and now means we dont have to camp out in the back yard to watch mares who are due to drop! Its very handy, and when there are horses in the foaling yard for whatever reason we have the monitor on to keep an eye on them! We can just hit record on the video machine if anything is going on that we want to tape!

CM Oberon Toblerone and CM Cast In Bronze (Denny) met 'in person' (or should that be 'in horse') on the 29th March 2008, rather than just talking through the fence. Click HERE to see the boys meeting and playing.
29th March 2008 was a busy photo taking day. Click HERE to see some photos of Jenni, Gryphon and the girls, and discover just how many sheep you can fit IN a hay feeder....
CM Dolan Kearney has left home! Click HERE to see some photos of his last float loading lesson with us, and of him being loaded onto the transport truck to take him to his new mum in Adelaide...

CM Oberon Toblerone finally got to meet his wives after he was examined and granted his Permit to Breed Cleveland Bay Sporthorses with the CBHSA and his license with the AWSHA. Click HERE to see the meeting!
