Billara Killari CBHSA Reg: 158B AWSHA Reg: 779SH09 Sire: Gillshaw Caliph (CB) Dam: According (TB) Pictured above with her 2004 Colt by Wetherby Alpheratz (Pure CB), Billara Beersheba, who is one of CM Sporthorses resident stallions, this half bred mare is a welcome addition to our broodmare herd. On the 18th of October 2006 (on her due date) Killari delivered a gorgeous colt - a full brother to Billara Beersheba (Bill). CM Bushveldt Carbineer - He was a lovely young man and we had high hopes for him. Unfortunately he broke his leg and had to be put down in August 2007 at just 10 months old. We bred her to Allen Park Bald Eagle for a 2007 foal. On the 25th October (her due date), Killari gave birth to this foal - CM Kiernan - a gorgeous colt, a Bay & White Tobiano fellow who was evenly marked on both sides. Unfortunately we had to put him down as he herniated and there wasnt anything we could do to save him. She had a gorgeous colt by Allen Park Bald Eagle on November 7th 2008, CM Brigadier Royston who went to Alex Story in Western Australia shortly after weaning. Killari is in foal to Roc On for a 2009 season (but 2010 born) foal which will either be buckskin or palomino as Roc is of course a Perlino and has to throw one copy of the dilute gene. She is a lovely natured mare and we look forward to many lovely foals from her.

Pictured above, above right and right is Killari... she is a beautiful mare with a fantastic nature.... Killari's Offspring... Below is her 2004 colt foal all grown up!! Billara Beersheba (who is pictured with her at the very top of this page at approximately 4 - 5 weeks old) Bill is pictured below at 2 yrs and 8 months old. He is our resident stallion and his first foals are due to hit the ground in late 2007/early 2008.

Pictured Right is CM Bushveldt Carbineer.... "Kenny" was his paddock name, and he was a full brother to Billara Beersheba (pictured directly above) with both boys being by Wetherby Alpheratz. Kenny broke his leg in August 2007 and had to be put down at 10 months of age. Below is Killaris 2007 colt foal, CM Kiernan. Unfortunately this little man only made it to about 4 1/2 hours old when we had to put him down. We are hoping for a repeat of him (but minus the health problems) in 2008.

Right and Below you can see the gorgeous colt that Killari had in 2008, CM Brigadier Royston. He is an outstanding youngster who has so much presence its not funny. He really commands attention and is now a gelding and his young owner loves him!
