Terms and Conditions of Stock For Sale...
# Inspections are welcomed of our stock either by yourself, a friend, person you wish to look at the horse in your stead or a
veterinary surgeon.
# Any inspections by a veterinary surgeon or the like shall be at your cost.
# Prices on horses that you wish to have a payment plan on are less flexible, and you may be charged a small amount to
cover feed costs while the horse is being paid off. - This does not apply to foals who are still on their mothers as obviously
they would not be available to leave unitl they are weaned. However, once they reach 2 weeks past weaning,
agistment/feed will be charged for at a minimal cost.
# As soon as you put a deposit on a horse/foal it is your responsibility insurance wise. All care is taken, however horses
are prone to accidents and illness from time to time. Insurance makes sure that everyone is covered in the event that
something should happen.
# Deposits are non refundable.
# If you are have a payment plan with a horse the payments are non refundable should you default for any reason or
'change your mind'.
# Payment plans are generally only available for foals still on their mums, however at times, we will allow payment plans for
older stock.
# Payment Plan horses must be paid for in an agreed upon time frame (which will depend on the price of the horse) or a
penalty may be incurred.
# Horses will NOT leave Allen Park Stud's property until they are paid for in full.
