Tica is offered for sale through no fault of her
own - we are just aiming at adding more CB
and WB mares to our herd - so a couple of
TBs have to go to make room!
Tica is a lovely mare, is easy to deal with and
would suit keeping as a broodmare, or after
her next foal is born, putting back into work
and putting in the show ring.
She is currently running with
CM Oberon Toblerone
(being scanned on the 9th Feb) and should
well and truely be in foal to him - and due in
October/November 2010.

Mandy is a lovely natured mare who stands approximately 16.1hh.
She has lovely movement and can really trot out!

Commanding Miss, to Billara Beersheba, who we have retained.
She is an easy breeder and is currently running with
CM Oberon Toblerone, and will be due in September 2010.
She is only for sale as we wish to make room for more Cleveland
Bay and Warmblood mares in our broodmare herd.
Has an old back injury so not suitable for riding - but a brilliant mum!
She is a complete sweetheart of a mare and it will be sad to see her
go to a new home. If she doesnt sell, it will not disappoint us!

Terms and Conditions of Stock For Sale...
# Inspections are welcomed of our stock either by yourself, a friend, person you wish to look at the horse in your stead
or a veterinary surgeon.
# Any inspections by a veterinary surgeon or the like shall be at your cost.
# Payment Plans are available to approved purchasers
# Prices on horses that you wish to have a payment plan on are less flexible, and you may be charged a small amount
to cover feed costs while the horse is being paid off. - This does not apply to foals who are still on their mothers as
obviously they would not be available to leave unitl they are weaned. However, once they reach 2 weeks past weaning,
agistment/feed will be charged for at a minimal cost.
# Foals bred and sold by CM Sporthorses (Stock that appears on our For Sale Page 1 (this page)) will be sold with
complete records of their vaccination, worming, trimming covering their time with us from birth til when they leave for
your property as well as a CD with all the photographs from the time they were born (generally also includes birth
photos if we are there - on the odd occasion we miss a birth, but not often that happens as we check the mares hourly
in the last stages of their pregnancies) to the time they leave here.
# As soon as you put a deposit on a horse/foal it is your responsibility insurance wise. All care is taken, however
horses are prone to accidents and illness from time to time. Insurance makes sure that everyone is covered in the
event that something should happen.
# Deposits are non refundable.
# If you are have a payment plan with a horse the payments are non refundable should you default for any reason or
'change your mind'.
# Payment plans are generally only available for horses advertised on our For Sale Page 1 (this page). However from
time to time we may advertise a horse for other people on this page and if they are not available on a payment plan,
this will be noted in their advertisment.
# Payment Plan horses must be paid for in an agreed upon time frame (which will depend on the price of the horse) or
a penalty may be incurred.
# Registration papers are NOT transferable until the horse is paid for in full.
# Horses will NOT leave CM Sporthorses property until they are paid for in full.
