CM Silver Serenade - 2008 Season Filly
Dusty hasnt gone too far from home - Congrats to Jo who
is her new owner.  Dusty will stayed at our place for a while
as Jo and Jason lived in Minnipa for a while.  They are now
out on the farm.
We are thrilled for Jo and Dusty, as Jo has loved Dusty
since she was born and loved her dam, Rossida as well.
We will keep you posted with pics of Jo and Dusty
as we take them!
Jo got a big surprise as her husband decided to get Dusty
for her birthday which is on the 17th of July.  Shes a couple
of weeks early, but hey, I dont think Jo is terribly worried
about that for some reason!
You can see the grin on her face here on the 6th of July
2009.
Dusty and Jo are pictured above Left and Right on the 1st of
September 2009.
Jo is concentrating on just brushing her all over at the moment
and is finding her really easy to do everything with.  She is not
phased by much at all and Jo is really happy with her.
Thoroughbred mare. - Jo was getting desperate for a horse to
ride until Dusty has grown up!  She plans on being able to ride
Rayne out and lead Dusty alongside her in the near future.
Jo got dusty out so
her (and her twins -
Nick and Shane -
dont ask me who is
who - I have no idea!
lol could also brush
her), so we took a
couple of photos to
share with you.
Excuse the mud all over Dusty - its been unusually wet
here, and there is no point bathing them til the weather
warms up a bit and the ground dries out!
Jo is going to be spending time getting to know Dusty.
"Dusty"

Billara Beersheba
Dam: Rossida (Grey TB)

Bay Filly - going grey, white star, hind half pasterns

SOLD - to Jo Hutt of Minnipa, SA
Jo decided she liked Dusty so much that she has put Rayne
in foal to Billara Beersheba - Dustys sire!
The foal should be a lovely one and is due early 2011.
With Rayne being a TB, she will get the same mix of CB x TB
as Dusty is.
Jo is really looking forward to the baby and having 'siblings'
in her paddock and to use as future showjumpers!
Dusty is already proving that she can jump as she hops in
and out of the paddocks whenever she feels like it!
In November 2010, Jo took Dusty to a Wayne Banney
Clinic that was run at Wudinna.
The photos above and right were taken by Jess
Preece, thanks for the use of the images!
Jo and Dusty did the ground work and Jo was very
pleased with how she was coming along.
were taken on my mobile
phone on the 2nd of
January out at Jo's place.
Dusty is offered for sale at
the moment and is well
worth the asking price.
She has grown beautifully
and Jo is thrilled with her.
The only 'issue' with her is
that she likes to hop out of
the paddocks whenever she
feels like it.
Yes, she was bred to jump,
however no one expected
her to just hop the fences
when she wanted to go look
at something outside the
paddock!
She is a cheeky girl, and
would benefit from higher
than usual fences and
perhaps an electric fence.

place.

She is
certainly
filling out
and growing
up!
