CM Midnight Moonlight - 2008 Season Filly
Sire: Treena Boom Deck Dam: Lady Tuthaside DOB: 17th November 2008 Bay Filly, white star and stripe conjoined, tiny snip. SOLD - To Kathy Macfarlane of Kalgary Stud, Wirrulla, SA, Update: May 2011 - Sold to Kaicey Fink of the Northern Territory!

"Legs" has been sold fairly locally to us - she has gone to live with her new 'mum' Kathy McFarlane from Kalgary Stud at Wirrulla. Kathy is having a ball with her at the moment, however thinks shes a bit 'boring' because she knows everything already and hasnt reacted badly to anything she has done with her, so feels a little redundant in training her! Kathy is planning on using her for an all round horse when shes grown up and doing a little in hand showing in the meantime.

Legs is enjoying life up at Wirrulla, and Kathy says that she just takes everything in her stride, her mare, Jess, still doesnt like her, but the gelding, PJ is her best buddy. Legs is pictured above with her mum, Lady Tuthaside, and at below up at Kathys in her round yard.

Kathy and Gary were away and Legs injured herself, so we did the run up to Wirrulla to collect her and bring her home to treat her. She is looking fantastic, and thankfully her wound was not as bad as we first thought. Kathy and Gary were most relieved when they got home from their travels. These photos of Legs were taken on the 15th January 2010. She is pictured below with her dam, Lady Tuthaside. You can see shes not far off Ladys height now!

although there is a button that is still in there! OOPS... the vet has had a look at it, and isnt bothered by it, and it makes her unique! As the vet said - its obviously sterile as it hasnt absessed out! Kathy said if she was ever stolen, she could identify her by the button in her neck! It has smoothed out considerably since the photo above right was taken in March 2010. May 2011 Update: Legs, through no fault of her own - unless you count growing about a hand and a half bigger than what Kathy was after, and showing no signs of stopping growing either, has been sold to a wonderful home in the Northern Territory with Kaicey Fink. Congratulations Kaicey, I know that selling Legs was very difficult for Kathy, and we all look forward to hearing how she goes in the future with you!

and took some photographs of Legs to share with you all. She is growing beautifullly as you can see and we couldnt be happier with the home she has!

Far Right: You can see Legs' wound on the 12th March 2010, 2 months after she did the injury, well on its needs to flatten out a little, but is looking great so far. We are all rather pleased with it. Oct. 2010 Update: Legs is going really well at the moment - she looks fantastic and is growing nicely. Kathy however is a little concerned about her height - she is already bigger than any of us thought she would get! Her scar has flattened out considerably.

These latest images of Legs were taken up at Wirrulla on the 24th of January. She is growing beautifully, and is starting to thicken up - but is still gaining height as well! Kathy was torn as to whether to part with her or not!
