| Terms and Conditions of Stock For Sale owned by CM Sporthorses... # Inspections are welcomed of our stock either by yourself, a friend, person you wish to look at the horse in your stead or a veterinary surgeon. # Any inspections by a veterinary surgeon or the like shall be at your cost. # Payment Plans are available to approved purchasers # Prices on horses that you wish to have a payment plan on are less flexible, and you may be charged a small amount to cover feed costs while the horse is being paid off. - This does not apply to foals who are still on their mothers as obviously they would not be available to leave unitl they are weaned. However, once they reach 2 weeks past weaning, agistment/feed will be charged for at a minimal cost. # Foals bred and sold by CM Sporthorses (Stock advertised in the top section of this page) will be sold with complete records of their vaccination, worming, trimming covering their time with us from birth til when they leave birth photos if we are there - on the odd occasion we miss a birth, but not often that happens as we check the mares hourly in the last stages of their pregnancies) to the time they leave here. # As soon as you put a deposit on a horse/foal it is your responsibility insurance wise. All care is taken, however horses are prone to accidents and illness from time to time. Insurance makes sure that everyone is covered in the event that something should happen. # Deposits are non refundable. # If you are have a payment plan with a horse the payments are non refundable should you default for any reason or 'change your mind'. # Payment plans are generally only available for horses advertised on the top section of this page. However from time to time we may advertise a horse for other people on this page and if they are not available on a payment plan, this will be noted in their advertisment. # Payment Plan horses must be paid for in an agreed upon time frame (which will depend on the price of the horse) or a penalty may be incurred. # Registration papers are NOT transferable until the horse is paid for in full. # Horses will NOT leave CM Sporthorses property until they are paid for in full. |

| Allen Park Max Factor - Weaned and Ready To Go! Sire: Billara Beersheba (3/4 Cleveland Bay, 1/4 TB) Dam: Allen Park Spook (Cremello) DOB: 14th March 2011 This gorgeous filly was exactly what was ordered from Spook and Bill.... In typical CB fashion - she has those lovely big ears and gorgeous movement. She is 37.5% Cleveland Bay and will be CBHSA registered. Maxy is quite bold and loves to know what is going on around the place. She should mature around the 15.2 - 15.3hh mark - possibly a little taller. Spook is being a brilliant first time mum, and is very tolerant of her young daughter who can be quite a pain in the butt at times for her! She loves to have a bit of a play and bounce, but then chooses to sleep in the middle of the hay so that Mum has to eat around her. Maxy was shown at the Dilutes Australia Youngstock Show on the 7th of August 2011 at Roseworthy. She won both her Yearling Filly classes!
