On the 14th March 2009 we took a few photographs of Dusty (CM Silver Serenade), Jenni (CM Commanding Miss) and Pheonix (who belongs to a friend of ours, Linda, and was bred by Allen Park Stud). 'Im a giraffe' stage at the moment I think. She is quite grey under that coat!!
Above and Left: Dusty didnt turn as quickly as her paddock mates and jumped the fence! OOPS! She had been running behind Jenni and I dont think she saw the fence coming up as quickly as it did! Either that or her brakes failed miserably! Well, I guess she was bred for showjumping, eventing or dressage - shes just shown shes quite happy to take a fence thats in front of her! When we put her back in with her mates, she went for another run!
Below and Right: The lovely Jenni - she is growing beautifully, and is now 14 months old. She is very much like her dear mum, Mandy, and has the lovely movement of her dad, Bill. She is turning out really nicely for us!
Pheonix (Above and Left) is owned by a friend of ours, Linda, and she is thrilled with her. She has a lovely floating trot and you would swear she had some Arabian in there - but she is 3/4 QH, 1/8 TB and 1/8 Allen Park Bald Eagle, and her sire is Spurvolt Tu Chicahn. She is a lovely little horse and is a great example of what Allen Park Stud are breeding.
